FORM & CONSTRUCTION

Letter fabrication

Metal returns, acrylic faces and internal construction are formed around the letter geometry. We consider depth, edges and service access as part of the finished object.

LIGHT QUALITY

Lighting integration

LED placement, diffusion and wiring are considered together to create an even glow. The letter should read cleanly in daylight as well as after dark.

SURFACE & COLOR

Materials & finishes

Acrylic, metal and surface treatments shape how a sign feels up close. Color and finish references guide the visual match to the brand design.

READY FOR DISPATCH

Protective packaging

Finished letters are cushioned, wrapped and clearly identified before dispatch. We plan the packing around their size, surfaces and destination so your receiving team can handle each piece with confidence.

REPEATABLE PRODUCTION

Multi-site consistency

For brand networks, a shared construction specification helps repeat the same proportions, finish and light appearance across different locations.

FINISHED RESULT

Quality control

Dimensions, surfaces, assembly and illuminated appearance are reviewed against the agreed design. The aim is a consistent result across each finished piece.
